The number of User licenses purchased determines the maximum number of simultaneous users. There is no limit on the number of User licenses that can be purchased. Empower is a true multi-user system and handles all aspects of concurrent use. Also see

How can Empower+ help us in marketing our products and services?
The database contains all your real and potential customers, their type of business and contact personnel, it also stores details of calls, quotes and actual bookings. Empower+ uses this information to create mailing lists and run marketing campaigns for a target audience. For example send a special offer to customers who are 'Solicitors' and have shown an interest in "Microsoft" courses but have not made a booking in the last 6 months.
Does the system cover in-house courses and courses run at customer's premises?
The venue can be set up on each course and the course can be designated as 'Customer' specific if you wish to prevent bookings from other customers.
What historical information is available?
Full details of every call, quote and booking is held in the database. Information is related to customer, contact, trainee and tutor and can be viewed on screen or included on reports at summary and detail level. In addition the Business Intelligence module provides a very powerful tool for analysing what is happening in the business from every conceivable viewpoint.
How flexible is the course charging mechanism?
A standard set of charges can be set up for a course but can be changed for a particular booking if desired. This gives you complete control over the charges made to each customer.
Can we check invoices before they are sent out?
The invoice run can produce a draft set of invoices for checking, and changes to be made, before a real invoice run is done.
How do we create layouts for our letters and documents?
For letters, quotations and mail shots simply create your layout using Microsoft Word. Information from the Empower+ database can be merged into this layout to reduce the amount of effort in producing a personalised letter to your customers. You can use the e-mail capabilities of Microsoft Word mail-merge or add a letter as an attachment to any e-mail.
How can we provide bookings and enquiries over the internet for our customers?
The "Web Booking" module enables you to provide these features. This application can be hosted by us or by your existing web host provider. You are in complete control over which customers are granted access and which features they can use. A booking made on the internet can be verified centrally, if desired, so that you keep visibility and control
